Ibn'ül Emin Mahmud Kemal İnal signed a notary deed in 1949 that he donated his library to the University - on condition that it be received after his death. In 1953, he also abolished the registration for death, allowing this valuable collection to cost the University in his lifetime. He also donated the museum items belonging to his mansion.
